Setting up your VPN

Setting up vpn access on a Windows Mobile device is quick and easy. The following instructions will take you step by step in setting up your account.

1. Go to: Settings

2. Select 'Connections'.

3. Choose the option to 'Add a new VPN server connection'.

4. Enter the name for the connection, and the server address or IP that was sent to you in the 'Welcome to AccessVPN' email. Then check the option for 'PPTP' and click 'Next'.

5. Enter the username and password that was sent to you in the 'Welcome to AccessVPN' email. Leave the domain textbox empty and click 'Finish'.

Optional Settings and Troubleshooting

1. Click onto the advanced button and ensure the option to 'Use server-assigned IP address' is checked. Uncheck the other options.
